Shipping Policy

• General Information: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

• Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Ships within 5-7 business days after processing. Cost: €5.00.

  • Express Shipping: Delivery will be made within 2-3 business days after processing. Cost: €15.00.

• International Shipping: We offer international shipping. The costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the chosen shipping method. Customs duties and import taxes are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the customer.

• Shipping Delays: There may occasionally be delays in shipping that are beyond our control, such as strikes, inclement weather or high shipping volumes at peak times. We will endeavor to notify you of any such delay.

• Tracking your shipment: After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to track your shipment.

• Undelivered Items: If your order does not arrive within the specified time frame, please contact us. We will endeavor to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

• Damaged shipments: If your item arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt so we can rectify the problem as quickly as possible.
